They have done it for months in the space station and underwater habitats. If enough care is taken to provide adequate environmental conditions (sunlight, gravity, and other more subtle needs), it could probably continue indefinitely. Many have trouble staying any length of time in confined quarters. Others can live in New York City. I'm sure NASA has studied this extensively.

With global warming deserts will spread first to Asia, then to India, Europe, north and south America. Life on the surface will eventually become unsustainable. Humans (Very Wealthy) will form domes under the ocean's that will be sustainable for a while. People will not find anything up there/ this is why it would be nice for NASA to convert into an entity to save earth from this fate. We have less than 250 years away from total human extinction.

no humans can never live in space, sky or underwater becoz if they could tan many people would have been living there .but it is not possible becoz the supply of oxygen get reduced which is the need of human and only on land this supply is suitable

no there are limitations for this and one of them are pressure that increase under water by 1atm for increase 10m on depth
and also on altitudes pressure decrease
pressuer decrease by 28mm Hg in altitude of 300m
