How big is the mouse? If it's just a pinkie, then leaving it under a heat lamp for a few minutes will heat it up nicely. If it's an adult mouse, then put it in a plastic bag and soak it in warm water (not hot or you will start to cook it) for about 10 minutes at a time. Check it after each 10 minute soak and press the mouse between your fingers firmly so you can feel if it's cold inside. Keep soaking it for 10 minutes at a time until the mouse is fully thawed and warmed up.
Some people suggest using a microwave. I don't recommend this. It's too easy to accidentally start to cook the mouse. You will also wind up with "hot spots" where some areas get heated more than others. (This is also why people are told never to heat baby bottles in the microwave.)
Some people suggest taking the mouse out of the freezer in the morning before you go to school or work, then warm it slightly in warm water and then feed it to the snake in the evening, but doing this only encourages bacteria growth and could be very unhealthy for your snake. Also, would YOU want to eat a piece of meat that has been sitting out for over 9 hours?
Good luck.

In warm water is good, but then run the hair dryer over it for a few minutes, that warms the mouse/rat and fluffs it back up again looking more natural. How long since you last fed it? They eat less now in cool weather and can actually stop eating for quite a while.

i usualy use hot water, but on a few that doesnt work on there are other ways. in desperate cases we leave the mouse out on a heating pad and let it sit for a few hours, it gets its core temperature up, which the snake can sense. sometimes they wont eat it if its too soggy

Set the frozen mice on paper towels under a heat lamp until they are slightly warmer than room temperature.
Don't boil them in water; how would YOU like to eat wet slimy mice?

if the water didnt work, then wrap it in tin foil and leave it out on the counter over night.
oh, and DONT heat it like everyone is saying. That changes the chemical somehting in the mouse, and makes it bad for the snake to eat ( can make it sick )
