It actually depends on your interest. The first four are closely related. In my opinion, you should be able to learn about IT, computers, programming, instrumentations and control when you take up electronics and communications engineering.
Mechanical Engineering is entirely different since this branch deals more with machineries.

Computer Engineering for today. But depending on where you live and the urban areas or rural areas of growth, I think civil engineering and/or mechanical engineering are more interesting. There are so many factors in regards to schooling, degree of interest, and earning power potential.
