Don't tell me Golith or Radar as they aren't even 20 hands! and I've seen a few over 20 hands receintly! Even one at 23 hands currently being tracked by Guinness. Anyone know the TALLEST EVER for a horse? and where the info can be found online?

I can't find any reference to the horse you mention but the following site says the tallest horse is Cracker, standing at 1.98m (6ft 6in):
