Yes, but you must always have faith, and hope for the best. Every moment of life is a bit of a gamble, but if you have the view that most people are basically like you, that is, concerned about the future may bring, you may feel you are not alone and that in itself can help you see the world as a more benevolent place. However, if your feelings run deep, think about why you might have developed your concern about life as a dangerous place.

It's called fear and anxiety brought on by thinking about the future.

You could also walk into a mall and find a great deal, $10 on the group and a friendly sales clerk. Why we choose to frighten ourselves is something that each of us can determine.

i have taught firewalking for over 30 years. jonas salk, who invented the polio vaccine said: "No great achievement is ever made without taking a risk. The greater the risk, the greater the achievement." you can live in "fear" of ______________) fill in the blank, or you can LIVE. i can tell you this from experience though, fear is not real. it's only a thought about what could happen in the future, or what has happened in the past. it's never in the "present moment". so, relax, take a deep breath, and just experience this great gift called life.

Yes, but life is not worth living if you live it with that kind of paranoia; may as well be a hermit and never leave the house for fear of something unimaginable happening.....Have some faith, have fun, live life to the fullest....don't worry, be happy!

Every choice and option has consequences. Our virtue is to understand that we must be happy for the good things that happen, and that, along with determination and strong - mindedness will see us through all the potential bad things that might happen.
