You have to believe in yourself. Once you are sure of what you believe, you will know how to process other peoples respondses and feeling toward you.
It starts with you. You have to not be so sensitive. Also, be a good communicator: say what you mean and mean what you say!
Good Luck! This process will take time and lots of thought but you can do it it you believe. Just remember: Whether you think you can or you can't you're correct!

The simple answer would be to tell you to "Grow Up", but it is a bit more complicated than that. You have to find worth and value in your self. Know that you have something to bring to the table. Your identity is not in those who surround you, it is in God. He created you a wonderful person. If you find your place in Him, then you'll be able to overcome popular opinions.

Remember - in a car you have a windshield and in the middle of the windshield you have a rear view mirror. The rear view mirror is important, but it is small so that you won't become too occupied looking backward that you miss what is in front of you.

Be blessed!

Think of it this way:

Will these people be around you in 5, 10 years? What do they have to do with you? Do what they do in their lives have anything to do with you? And vice versa?

Listen, with the exception of family, about 99% of the people we meet we will not be around in our lives 10 years from now. When school ends and we go to college, you will be meeting new people who's opinions still wont matter.

The only opinions you should consider are your closest friends, you family, and you superiors at your workplace. You are not put on this earth to impress strangers, unless it is your job of course. Nobody's opinion of you doesn't matter other than your own (and of course loved ones and bosses).
