because fish ,turkey, beef are all easy who wants to smash up mouses and throw em in a blender for you effin cat? lol thats just nasty. cats only kill mouses cuz they are lil and htey move fast.. just like when you have a shoe lace and your swinging it in front of them and they attack thats why they love mice but besides that. NO ONE WANTS TO REALLY KILL MICE FOR A LIVING BESIDES SCIENTIFIC STUDIES:)

Because cats wouldn't bother to catch mice if they could get mouse flavor from a can.

Do you know how hard it is to find mice today? They only use fish flavored cause its easy to catch fish. If they could catch mice too, they would call it micing or mousing.

It must not taste too good. My cat will occasionally catch a field mouse. She "plays it to death", but she doesn't eat it.

Probably because cats don't eat the mice they just play with them. You know you're not supposed to play with your food.
