I'm looking to buy 2 swinging porcelain dolls for my daughter but don't know where to look, i like the dolls with the fancy dresses (like the southern belles) anyone who can help, thank you. only serious responses please.

try the franklin mint, danbury mint , princeton gallery, lennox, hamilton collection and bradford exchange. All these companies have 800 numbers and websites and they will all send u catalogues.

franklin mint sells special dolls, im sure you can finds dozens if not hundreds of doll suppliers on here, i cant think of the name of the one i got my irish dolls from. lots of porcelain dolls out there though.

my cousin has many porcelain dolls and they arent ugly. they are really pretty. her aunt got them for her from germany and her younger aunt gave her one also just from canada. if you are out buying them and they are really cheap, that means they are not good value. they should be a bit pricy.
