I think it sounds a little too risky. Wouldn't you rather have him inside you when you're both awake? As you two slept, he would have periodic erections throughout the night, so all of that growing and shrinking would make me nervous about the protection. Also, there's a REALLY good chance that he'd completely fall out while unaroused because people move throughout the night and the condom could slip off that way.
It's a unique idea, but I'd toss it for a safer one. Good luck!

Chances are slim and none that you could accomplish this feat. With your vaginal secretions which lubricate you to make penetration easier, once his penis becomes flaccid it's going to slip out of your vagina and possibly out of the condom as well. Unless you want to get pregnant I wouldn't chance this.
Doesn't your bf realize that people move around when they sleep? Does he think he's going to stay erect because he has his penis in your vagina? I think you both need to do some serious research about the human body and sex in general before you go any further with your sex experiments. You both need to know more than you do now.

no affence but this has got to be one of the strangest suggestions ive heard of..i think its best you dont attempt it..possibly chance of accidental pregnancy..andd if theres too much movement whilst sleep, he could seriously hurt himself..haha.
