Bears, alligators, crocodiles, gorillas, chimpanzees (some people underestimate a chimps strength, too).

Definitely alligators and crocodiles, as well as sea lions on land. All of these animals would be able to run down a human on land.

Some types of turtles are pretty quick... Since my grandma had one and runs across the floor like a dog.
