your breasts could be hurting because they are growing but the nipple bleading isn't normal at all go tell your momo or a responsible female adoult and see a doctor asap

hmm wonder why your breasts are hurting so much and that your nipple is bleeding. Umm I would say the breasts may be hurting as you might be getting your period if you havn't already gotten it.....but the nipple=bleeding.......not sure why that would be... I would talk to your mom* and see a doc if it doesn't stop* did someone pinch u hard ? or bite you there? doesn't sound RIGHT to be bleeding..definately ask your mom and perhaps a doctor*~Goodluck*

Your nipples shouldn't be bleeding. You need medical attention. Tell your mom. She should take you to the doctor immediately.
