I don't fear GOD I fear human.. GOD is a loving forgiving GOD that is gentle and compassionate.
I have faith because he is apart of me and I no there is a creator...man can- not create himself.
I believe there is something (supreme being) greater than myself or any man for that matter who created different worlds and supplied beauty in nature all around me.
These things and more is proof 2 me that yes GOD do exist and yes I should have faith besides he has faith in me right!

Faith. Faith is believing in the character of God - He is who He says He is and He'll do what He's says He'll do. He's trustworthy - He's worth believing in. Fearing God is another way of saying one respects God as God, not necessarily that one is afraid of God. I am not afraid of God, but I respect that He's God and I'm not.

I had Islamic background and one of tenets of Islam is to "FEAR ALLAH" and thus everytime I get paranoid or anxious I revert back to my primed belief out of fear. And that's exactly what bothers me because a True, Loving God would never want to be a tyrant who wants sycopants to kiss up on Him out of fear. Hence my abdication of the former religion. But still I can't get rid of this habit or conditioned response and everytime I am afraid I believe in God.
