The last site you can get recommendations from other patients as well as look through the PS board to find someone. Make sure you really do your research with the PS's and see at least three before deciding on a surgeon.

Does she want it or do you want it because your question is a little strange as far as wording.
This is her body and getting a "good" Cheap" boob job is not really a good idea. You need to research this and go out to a strip club or some place where people don't mind showing their boobs let her look at the ones she likes and then ask the girls where they got theirs done. You don't want them to have creases or leak or cause infection. Take your time on this and I mean like a year at least 6 months of steady research and asking questions. During this time save your money so you can get some great ones. Remember you get what you pay for so you do want the best where this is concerned and if your wife doesn't want them then you shouldn't make her. You married her and she married you so remember and really think about those vows. Thank you for thinking

"cheap" and "good" should not be in the same sentence when talking about augmentation. You get what you pay for. I really hope she had you post this question as it's her body and she should be the one that decides what she wants.
