I dont think that there is going to be a sequel but I do believe that some of the Fake trailers will be made in to full length features ie. "Machete". But check out

...I'd like to think that they would; Tarantino has been quoted in saying that both he and Rodriguez would like to do this about every couple of years. They are very passionate filmmakers, especially for the type of films that they do, and I'm under the impression that they would do another "Grindhouse", even without the Dimension Pictures banner, who for all intents and purposes, will probably not gamble on another one, due to the dismal box office returns of the first one.
Dimension Picture's research on why people stayed away from "Grindhouse" has pretty much rang true; general audiences had reportedly not the tenacity, nor the patience for a three-hour-plus presentation, even though it WAS a double feature (funny, though....extensive movie length didn't seem to hamper the "Rings" or "Pirates" trilogy's box office receipts...go figure!!!).
I, myself have gleefully seen the picture five times, and irregardless of the plans to release "Planet Terror" and "Deathproof" separately (supposedly in September or October), the original gring house style double feature presentation is absolutely and positively the only way to see this!!!
If it's any consolation, or perhaps hope for any future production of another "Grindhouse", Robert Rodriguez supposedly has enough footage (barring some additional creative production) to present a feature film of "Machete", the first trailer in the "Grindhouse" presentation. Personally, I would love to see the trailers "Don't" and "Thanksgiving" produced and realized as complete feature films, as well.
...time will tell, I suppose!!!
Cross your fingers, and stay tuned, O.K.!?!?!

I doubt it, becaue the movie didn't do well as a double feature, they eventually ended up breaking the two movies up and most people prefer the movie Death Proof out of the two.
