I'm getting yes and no answers from everyone. I'm on probation and I know if I fail the drug test, my probation will be revoked. But if alcohol gets out of your system according to how much you drink, can I get away with drinking a beer or two with my dinner? Maybe 1 or 2 at a bar when my drugtest is like 10 days away. Should I? Other people I know that are on probation tell me they still drink up until a few days before they get tested. I know the consequences, but I can get away with a few now and then. HELP!!!

Yeah skagvalley guy, I was never in prison, so F*** off. It wasn't an alcohol or drug-related charge, but the conditions of the probation is no drug or alcohol use.

This answer is simple...if you are not supposed to DRINK while on probation, you don't drink. That simple. If your probation is not clear on that matter, you ask your probation officer to clear it up for you. YOU DO NOT DRINK IF YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO DRINK. You are probation for a reason, and part of the arrangement is to follow it completely. Why would you want to run the risk of a probation violation for a couple drinks. Is it really that important?

Drink up - there is no way that they will be able to tell that you have been drinking by a urinalysis. you are free and clear to drink as much as you please. Just dont drink and drive.
