No I am often saddened. I put on a rough exterior to hide the pain. I do not feel like a well like individual and that is okay. I also so feel often forgotten. I am a manic-depressive and an aries so the slightest thought of that can send me into tears.

No. I see the pain that I either once had or still carry with me and just mask a little more. It hurts too much to be around them. It's funny, before I went through some of those things in my life and the therapy that it involves, I never saw it. But now, it is like a blinking light that it takes my breath away with sorrow. Now, I understand why there were some people that never could be around me and I never even did anything to these people. They couldn't handle the hurt of me because it brought up things that they wanted to put to rest.

I see myself in a little 2 1/2 year old girl running through my house.
At times it is a good feeling and then she is talking on her toy cell phone and she covers the mouth piece and yells out "I'm on the phone here, could you quiet down a little", and I am a little embarrassed.
But generally, I feel pretty good about what I see.

I've been known to cringe and think to myself "Do I really sound like that when I do that?" but then when someone returns a kindness that I have done to them, it helps me to understand that this life MUST be a give and take situation. We are all human, and at one time or another we share an affinity of feelings with everyone.

GREAT question. I have been told that when I see something in others that I do not like, stop and think....Are they reflecting MY behavior? Is that why I noticed it to begin with?

Not always, usually when I see something in others that really bugs me it is because it is something in me.
