seriously what was the theme or plot/twist to is i did not get it at all..what was the hitcher's point in "still" chasing those kids and killing those people in the station wagon and the girl's boyfriend".......this has got to be the worst movie to come out this year

ya it was definitely pretty bad...i dunt know wat the killer's reason was either....i think he was just really insane!!!

Well "The Hitcher" is pretty much opposite to the 1986 version of "The Hitcher". If you watch the old Version you would get the whole plot. The 1986 version was about A young man transporting a car to another state is stalked along the road by a cunning and relentless serial killer who eventually frames the driver for a string of murders. Chased by police and shadowed by the killer, the driver's only help comes from a truck stop waitress. But the 2007 version is just Sophia Bush who is the resemblance of the young man.
*May I suggest you should watch the old version. The old version has C. Thomas Howell(Young man being stalked by hitcher) and Rutger Hauer(Hitcher). It is better than the 2007 version trust me.
