Cotton Candy. Other good ones are funnel cakes, corn dogs, nachos with more cheese than chips, popcorn and candy, candy, candy. I would die an early death if I spent more than a few hours there!

like so many answers, cotton candy. I used to buy several and eat them all the way home-a 60 mile drive. Now you can find them packaged in some stores! love it.
