Should I let my handheld shower massager work its magic OR call my hubby in from his duties of organizing the garage AND have his fingers work their magic??

Call your hubby, that's what I do. I'd much rather my hubby give me a good massage than the shower.

purchase your self some sort or Pampering. those are super once you have cramps. when I had undesirable cramps, I used to place a heating pad on my tummy. (medium warmth) the warmth felt sturdy & until now long, my cramps have been long gone. My granddaugher exchange into having undesirable cramps too, so i offered her the "time released" Midol pills for her. She stated they worked incredibly nicely.

call your husband, tell him to get in the shower with you... and have his fingers, and the shower massager work their magic.
