i was just getting ready to post a question here but you beat me to it.

this was a surprise for me. i figured i'd like it, but not this much. this movie has some really good things going for it. even the little side story involving Moore was given a decent amount of weight.

and Hurt and Costner were great. actually there is one scene where the two of them look at one another and just break out laughing that is just fantastic. they had really good chemistry together.

and i liked the way they did not opt for the usual Hollywood crime ending which i found refreshing.

I saw it and I loved it. Kevin Costner played this well, a real Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde with a secret that nobody knows.... until one night.

How he handles this guy who saw him is the whole plot to the movie and I thought they did a good job of handling it plus left the ending in such a way as to possibly give us a sequel.

Kevin Costner was brilliant. He was a likeable serial killer. I mean, you could see the humanity even though he was driven to kill and kill again. I'm sorry they picked that blonde from CSI, the one that plays Catherine Willows, to be his wife. She was disappointing but, fortunately, she wasn't very important to the plot.

Good movie. I'm recommending it to friends.

It was insanly brilliant. I couldn't believe it actually. I knkew i was going to like it definitely i'm into that sort of thing but i didn't really suspect all the things that happened to happen. I like the movies where you see the killer as the victim i don't know why i do i just like how they show you the killers side. You actually feel bad for him because he can't help it. I'm so glad he didn't go through with it in the cemetary but iw as sad about Dane.. Oh well.
