Sure. What are your values; what is important to you or what do you truly care about? Make sure your actions are not in opposition to your values. Make sure you are doing things that are important to you; not just things you think you SHOULD do. Don't take things too seriously. Make 3 people smile every day. Don't take things for granted - live every moment fully.

I think it is possible to make your life more rewarding. If you have faith and love life is more rewarding. If you can find inner peace, forgiveness, and patience. What is most rewarding to me is giving to others. I like to do things that people can't reciprocate. Like paying for the person behind me or giving to charity. It is gratifying even when you don't get a thank you because you did it out of the kindness of your heart and not for any other reason.

what kind of rewards do you want out of life? i think learning to get back to basics like nurturing are great. start with a plant or pet. learn to cook.
as a culture we learned to devalue nurturing skills and nothing will make you feel more complete. raising a goldfish or cooking a pot of pasta is rewarding if you do it and you never thought you could.

if you think career is rewarding go back to school. if you can think of a job you want find people that do that job and interview them as to what steps you need to take to land a career. most people are actually really open and receptive to this. people like to be interviewed.

feel free to educate yourself too. i have studied lots of religions and philosophies, arts, sciences -- what ever interests you get online or read a book. when you approach something like this just go with an open mind -- go to your local bookstore and walk around and see what grabs your attention.

start a collection and make yourself a specialist in something -- i collect 50s stuff and learned along the way to identify just about any american pottery
and glass. most of my education came from browsing ebay -- you can get information from all kinds of places.

ultimately i think realizing your place in the grand scheme is the most rewarding. its probably not a big place but its your place and finding it should be reward in itself.

Absolutely. Get involved in an organization that helps others such as a women's shelter, nursing home, the Big Sisters Org.,
just to name a few. Helping others who are less fortunate will enrich your life greatly. The reward you get from helping someone less fortunate than yourself is far greater than the effort it takes to do so.

Do GOOD for others. I feel so much better about myself when I help people. Pray fpr people. Just perform random acts of kindness. Find comfort in knowing that you can make a difference in someone elses life, just by smiling at them! REALLY! :)

Yes, go to church (get involved), volunteer, take classes, get hobbies like painting, crafts, cooking, and or sports.
Be a big brother or sister.
Research stuff that you think you might enjoy or things you don't even know about
Practice something you might be really great at that you may enjoy but are really not that great at it now...singing, writing, or modeling for example.
