Press the button that says "Prnt Scrn" (print screen). This copies everything on your display into your clipboard. Then you just paste the picture into any application.

You mean a screen capture? There is a key on your keyboard that says something like "Scrn Prnt" that you can press, then hit ctrl+V and paste it somewhere...like in a program such as Powerpoint or Word.
