What exactly is acting/pretending to be black? For that matter how do you act/pretend to be Asian, white, Hispanic, etc. People act in a certain way based on their environment, so if they grew up in an urban setting or like the urban culture they are going to be influenced by it. Your personality is based on you not the your race or ethnicity.

I see different people of different colors/races trying to be whatever the media shows on television these days.
It's not just targeted on one race.

What are you trying to say... that all the asian kids at your school represent all asians in the world?
That's like saying all white people are skinheads/racists... all black people are gangsta rappers that commit crimes... all Mexicans are illegal aliens... all Middle Eastern people are terrorists... all Asians hate eachother...
BUT WE ALL KNOW none of that is true!!!
It sounds as though, you have something against the asian kids in your school/asian people in general and now you want to vent in here...

I'm half vietamese/White, haha I don't try to be black. But Ive never really noticed. Maybe its just those kids at your school.

psychology. because people around you are white so they want something new to see so they wanna be tan (not black). we asians are not all white, some are tan. like when you are in a place where lotsa people are tan, they admire women/men who are white. gets?
