1. Why NORAD SAID that they did not imagine anything like this, eventhough they had done very same scenario as a practice 2 years ago.?
2. Why there were only 14 planes to defend the entire US.
3. Why some planes were sent to Alaska to do some kind of simulator (assuming that Russians are attacking from that sides).
4. Why other f-16 were sent to very far state from new york.
5. Why did Dick Cheney got the command of N.O.R.A.D on that special day? Why not any other day?
6. How come there were many secondery explosion like bombs going even 2 hours after the attack?
7. Would world trade center not be here, even the planes did not hit according to quesotin 6?

NORAD is not responsible for tracking commercial airlines.That is the responsibility of a civilian agency, the FAA,specifically a unit known as ATC (air traffic control).NORAD's main arena now is space,and tracking the many satellites out there. Where did you come up with "only 14 airplanes"? Any air force base usually has twice that many in their flightline. Where did you get this dubious intel?

My spidey senses tell me that English isn't your first language. That's OK, I still got it and you seem to have a good part of it learned. Are you trying to say that 9/11 was done with the knowledge of the administration. They say the same about Pearl Harbor and the JFK assassination. Trouble is there is no evidence, and no real motive either. Now, if you are advocating more home air defenses, then I agree. We need the DEW system to be as good as it was when we feared ICBMs coming from the USSR. We need more fighters in the air.

The short answer to most of these questions: ill preparedness - no one ever expected the US to be attacked from the INSIDE of the borders.
The other short answer: 9/11 was a conspiracy... by Islamic fundamentalist terrorists.
