I own a house cleaning business and we use soft scrub to clean tubs, let it sit for a couple of minutes, also if it's not coming off use X-14, it's very strong so open a door or a window, spray it and let it sit for a half an hour, and it'll should come right off, X-14 works really good to get rid of mold too.

P.S. Use the one in the plastic bottle not the orange one in the aluminum bottle, it doesn't work

relies upon on the age of your bath and how that is been wiped clean over the years. employing harsh cleansers like Comet and Ajax scratches the floor. as quickly as you're previous the no longer elementary outer coating the extra porous inner layer will surely stain. Will filling the bathtub with Clorox and water after wards take out the stain........perchance no longer completely. in case you acquire a great heavy plastic sheet and positioned over the bathtub and then fill with answer..........might that reason an interplay with the chemical you're employing??

You could try X-14. It is pretty strong:

There is also:
Zud http://www.instawares.com/zud-heavy-duty-powder.00750rc.0.7.htm
But for my kitchen sink, I just fill it with hot water, add a lot of bleech, and let it soak. The stains melt away. Probably would work for a tub, too. But I wouldn't use it on a fiberglass tub.

Try using a Mr.Clean Magic Eraser. My son rubbed permanent marker all over the floor and it got it off when nothing else would work.
Happy scrubbing :)

I had a friend who came for a visit and decided to dye her hair black needless to say after she finished washing her hair the bottom of my tub was all black. I filled my tub with water, soap and about couple of cups of bleach; I let it sit for a few hours then wipe it with sponge and it works like magic.

Try bleach. be careful to never use any bleach with a product that has ammonia in it. It can be harmful.
