There is a reason for this: they get frustrated hearing some of the same "silly" questions again and again and again. That, and they are right - if you ask a question you already know the answer to just to annoy somebody, etc., then it IS a stupid question. The smart questions are the ones that you ask to find out what you DON'T know.
