i went into a store and was followed the whole while i was in there and after i purchased what i wanted the employee wrote my tag number down as i was leaving .i stopped and ask her why was sheb doing that she then went on about she can do what she want i then asked to speak to a mgr she said she was the mgr .iaked her why was she following me all over the store she said cause all black men steal i have 2 wittness that heard her then the po was called out cause she said i stole something i and my vehicle was searched and nothing i did not pay for was in my possession. i have been greatly damaged by this because several people that work in stores in the area saw me being detained by the police and some heard her say i stole something so when i go in there store they began to follow me can i sue for slander discrimination and racial profiling.

From the limited amount of information here, you may have a case, but that's the hard way to go.

How about picketing the store instead, as being racially unfair? Do it properly, within the law, but get some attention for this issue. The other stores in the area will take notice too.

If she was the manager, write to the owner or any other boss she has, protesting these actions, and demand an apology.

Just because this happens all the time, doesn't mean you should have to put up with it. Follow Martin Luther King's example and peacefully protest unfair treatment.

Look, some people are stupid. white, black, mexican, whatever, a lot of people are stupid. It isnt just black people that are discriminated against. White people are always bing put down because they so white and black people are discriminated by other black people because they aint thugs. ou just gotta look past it. Im white and not racist. Some people are just stupid, get thru it.

Yes you can. If there was a camera in there you have indisputable evidence!
