You just put them in and play them, nothing special. Certain Xbox games aren't supported by the 360 though and won't start up, you'll get some error, if so there's nothing you can do about it. But most work.

Some games work and are supported by the 360 like halo 2. Some others you have to get updates on the x-box website. Some games still don't work after the updates. There is a list of games that the update will support.

If you download the right backwards compatibility update that has the game you want to play on 360 available, then just put the game in and play. Without the backwards compatibility update, you cant play the games from the original Xbox.

Just ptu them inside the drive but some games might be too old for the XBOX 360 to play.

regular xbox games will not work an xbox 360 only certain games will work like halo 2

go to xbox.com/games, go to backwards compatible towards the bottom, then you can download a software update to a cd. then pop the cd into the xbox 360 and upload
