Time does exist. But the question of its composition is incredibly complicated and unresolved. There are abundant theories, and they are extremely complex and abstract. I can only point you to good summaries in A Brief History of Time l by Stephen Hawking, and The Fabric of the Cosmos by Brian Greene. These are great books, but they take time and effort and quite allot of mind-straining perception-twisting epiphanies to get through. I encourage you to look up these books. Good luck and best wishes.

Time is the passage of waves thru the ether. If there were no waves or no ether, there would be no time. Without time, everything would be stuck where it is, for ever; but there wouldn't be any forever; there would only be now; and there would be no perception of now, because there would be no thought process to perceive it.

Time is made of the passing of seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, and years.
Time only exists in the present (as in "what time is it?")

Time doesn't really exist. It's like a unit of measurement. Like... inches don't really exist, but they're used to keep track of things.

Time is the interval between events. It has no substance, it is NOW.
