I hate to give such an obvious answer, but psychology. That is one of the major traits. I don't know what else you would study if you wanted to learn about behaviors.

Psychology is quite a broad field. The question you have to ask yourself is what would you like to do if and when you can understand a person's personality when they talk and behave? If you would like to make a career out of it, you should consider psychology, yes, but perhaps more specifically "social psychology". You might also be interested in taking classes on personality psychology, which unfortunately isn't such a big and respected field against behavioral and functional psychology, but still very interesting. Whatever the case may be, you might be able to make a great career of counseling and therapy.

if you are interested in the realm of knowing the complexities of human behavior then it would be best to take up psychology. It gives you the full scope of how humans deal with themselves and interact with society.
