Of COURSE you have the right to sue them... But why would you? Your selfish acts could end up ruining someone else's life. I think you'd be best off shrugging your shoulders and brushing this off. You're okay, aren't you?

If they were to blame by being negligent then you do. But if you were fooling around or something then it would be your own fault. Ring a lawyer and tell them what happened and they will tell you if you have a case or not.
