I dont know how to pick my cars trunk lock! I LOST THE KEYS AND MY STUFFS INSIDE THE TRUNK HELP!

I bought the car yesterday and it is an old vaxhall viva, the owner has lost keys to the inside and the trunk but the inside is already open. Any ideas?

If you have a key to the doors, take the back seat out. There is usually a hole between the back seat and the trunk, and you can get in that way without damaging anything. You can also change out the trunk lock.

If the car's interior is accessible (the car unlocked), you can remove the back seat and access the trunk from there. If not, call a locksmith. You'll only succeed in damaging the lock anyway or the car's finish. Either of which option is going to cost you more than simply calling a locksmith. Good luck!

Try calling your local car dealership.Give the parts dept the VIN number and proof of ownership and they will cut a new key for you.
