You've answered your own question as to why you feel left out. You're among the youngest in the class, most go to different schools, and you're not a great dancer. These are all your own comments. Since you're not really happy there, why not explain this to your mother and see if you can find another activity, preferably one where you'll be part of a team.

A few years in age shouldn't make that much of a difference. Push yourself out of your comfortable little bubble and stop being so introverted, shy, and awkward! =D It'll be hard, but you can start small.

Strike out a conversation with them. Find out something you and the other dancers have in common. You have one common factor already--dance. And let's say that you can't grasp a new dance move. That's alright, just ask one of the other girls for help.

You'll get more comfortable as you go along. Just be yourself. And if they don't accept you for whatever reason, it's just one day a week, right? Just focus on dancing if it comes down to that. You're there to have a good time, with or without the other dancers.
