Sandals
Wide bell-bottomed, embroidered jeans
A wide leather belt with a large, open, brass buckle
A flowing, loose, paisley blouse (think Indian {Madras not Cherokee})
A bottle of Southern Comfort
Blue-tinted, round-lensed glasses
A feather-bedecked paisley headband (NOT matching the blouse)
A long, straight, center-parted wig.
Various addenda such as necklaces, rings, etc.
If it is in the budget, a really furry Astrakhan coat(hard to find and really expensive).
It should look free, uncaring and really, really stoned. Lots of clashing colors and fabrics, blending to a harmonious Whole.

Wild, long hair...bell-bottom jeans with leather sandals...lots of different colored scarves...a floppy sueded hat and a guitar on your back. Maybe a drab dark long sleeved sweatshirt with the name "Pearl" across the front (that was her nickname).
