Sometimes when I bend down and try to get back up it hurts bad like someone sticked a needle in my back

I'm only 22yr and I lift heavy stuff without bending my knees..like i'm suppose to.

It could be a pinched nerve, but more likely it's bone spurs, sciatica, arthritis, etc.

It could also be kidney infection.

Tellya what, you better go see the doctor and find out.

Don't force it, but hold onto something and stand on one foot, the move your other leg around as much as possible, including with your knee bent, and your waist bent. Then the other leg. This works for me sometimes. I find a point where there is a cure. But if it is too difficult, you have a different problem than I do.

Bulged disc or irritated nerve,due to muscle spasms.
I have had two major back surgeries & still have pain & neuropathy in my feet.
My legs were collapsing under me & it was due to pressure from bulging discs.They shaved my discs first & then a year later I had to have my spine fused.I can walk ok now,but have bad spasms in my back still & my feet hurt all the time.
Surgery helps some ppl alot,but at least it helped me still be able to walk!
