What paint should I use for outdoor ceramic pieces i.e, chimneys, gazing ball?

Is Deco Art Patio Paint safe to use on ceramic bisque? That is the only paint I am seeing that would withstand the outdoors. Please help!

I would get out of the craft store and go to the hardware store. they have lots of paints meant for outdoors.
