Either take a nice hot bath or I sometimes just lay out in the pool!

I go into the kitchen, make a tall thermo mug of lemon aid and perhaps a snack and go into my bedroom, shut the door, turn on the TV and jump in bed surrounded by a few pillows to prop myself up with and watch the boob tube and close the outside world out.

Listening to Gospel music and letting the words in the songs minister to my deepest needs, praying to God, talking to God openly...relaxes me because God understands how and/or whatever I'm experiencing, since God authors life and creates all that exists, and also..writing e-mail, no matter how long or short, to any of my online friends, relaxes me too, because no matter what they feel need and desire to hear from me and to know everything I feel comfortable telling.
