If you're at the locksmith shop, the locksmith can impression a new key for you for about $20.

If you're out on the road, add the cost of a road call - usually $40 or $60 more.

When I lost my keys entirely, I had to have a locksmith come out and they pull the lock off and design a new key from the inside of the lock itself. The procedure put me back about $150 at the time. I would imagine this is pretty standard because, let's face it, they can charge whatever the hell they want because you need your keys.
