I have been meaning to try this one...looks pretty good even if you are small with a problem area--and the straps come off.

Victoria's Secret. My step-sister gave me a bustier that sucked in my tummy for under my wedding dress. It was strapless. She got it awhile ago . It was a set and it came with the bustier that went down to mywaist and had a garters on it and it also came with the stockings. i don't know if they still make it, but it's worth a shot to check it out. If not, Frederick's of Hollywood has stuff too. They are a little trashier, but hey, it's for under the dress. Good luck.

I have heard a lot of good things about Spanx. Oprah has featured it (and supposedly wears it) on her show and so have other Hollywood stars on the red carpet.
I've ordered this one for my fall wedding: http://www.barenecessities.com/Spanx_product_SPANX131_,size,.htm
and will be pairing it with a strapless bra for that extra boost. That site as a great selection of shapewear and even tips on choosing the right lingerie for the level of control you need.
Congratulations on your wedding and good luck!

Donna Karan shapewear is the best. You can find it at the larger Department Stores like Macys, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom etc.

be careful with shapewear this is one piece, its VERY no longer elementary to bypass to the bathing room in them. i might advise the long bra, they are great and actually help with tummie complication, i might additionally advise a slip that appears like a pair of biker shorts (prevents chaffing between the legs), those have tummy administration as nicely. merely an FYI, in case you run into the issue the place your gown keeps slipping down somewhat and revealing your bra below they are able to stitch in snaps on your bra and the gown to maintain the gown in place. My desirable buddy had to try this and it labored like a charm, any taylor can try this and its a miles low priced and straightforward fix. sturdy luck!
