I am Aquarius..He is Capricorn..He's my friend, but lately he has been acting rather 'Friendly' towards me..He even looked at my Boobs and smiled.(Well, pretty much any man would do that). We both do Ballroom dancing and that's where we met..His brother apparently had some idea that he likes me..he also has been wanting to dance with me alot..
Do you think he Likes me?

They can make a fine pair. My brother is a Cap and his girl, Aquarius. They have broken up once but besides that, they've been going together about 5 years!

i don't see why he wouldn't. other than what you've told me...
aquarius is a good communicator, open minded, very persuasive, can win you over in an argument because he's able to make sense out of everything including skydiving naked. these are some things cappies lack..so for that he might admire you..

He is the sure-footed goat. Aquarius is like the sky. The goat would like to get as close to the sky as he can, but he might not step forward until he is very sure the rocks won't break loose underneath him.

Yes, he does like you, but don't make yourself available to him all the time. Guys tend to stick with good girls, yeah I know it sounds old fashioned, but that is what works. I am speaking from experience here.
