No Country is immune to terrorists. However, due to the plots that have been foiled, I would say we are in the greatest Country that has the ability to foil the terrorists.

We Americans are very proud of our hertiage, our Country and we will fight like ---- to defend it, even until death!

We must close our borders from all four directions, it is not something we would enjoy doing but in order to protect
The United States Of America, we have too.

We already have sleeper cells here on our soil, dodging another plot will take every American citizen to be vigil.

If you see or hear of anything suspicious, if your neighbours are having people coming in from other States with a frequency, different vehicles with out-of-State tags, Beware. It may be innocent, but at this time I doubt it.

All terrorists are not just from one Nation. There are global Nations involved in this Network.

Don't hesitate to notify the authorities, especially the F.B.I.
or Homeland Security, or your Local Police Dept.

How do these supposed terrorist acts measure up catastrophe-wise with everyday gangbanging, drug trafficking and the like?

BTW....what terrorist acts? Did I miss something? For almost 6 years, the U.S. Government has been able to foil every single terrorist plot. Every single one. Not even one single suicide bomber here in the U.S. or anything......that doesn't sound fishy to you?

Use your heads...we're all being played.......if we were being threatened like we're being made to believe wouldn't there have been at least one attack even if they screwed it up??

I'd like to provide the following quote with the provision that I'm not associated with, a follower of, or a proponent of the author nor his affiliation. The words simply ring true considering our current national situation:

Hermann Goering, Hitler's Reich-Marshall at the Nurembourg Trials after WWII:

"Naturally, the common people don't want war, but after all, it is the leaders of a country who determine the policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag people along whether it is a democracy. or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. This is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in every country."

You can verify the quote at Snopes:

http://www.snopes.com/quotes/goering.htm

Again, I am not a Nazi sympathizer so don't embarass yourself by suggesting I am......but does not Goering's quote fit all too precisely what's going on in the U.S. today?

Some words to digest. Don't believe the "news" that's provided conveniently for you. Investigate. The internet is a wonderful place to find truth. Take some time to find out what's really going on in the world. I have nothing to gain by telling you what I'm telling you, yet the government and it's friends have EVERYTHING to gain by telling you what they're telling you.

Put some effort into becoming aware of what's really going on.

No. We are safer here than most any other place. The exceptions are those countries that will not allow Arab immigration. They live in peace. America will never do that, but we do have good intellegence. We will likely get hit again, but we can't live in fear. That is what 'they' would love to see happen.

RKO - think for yourself. Your repeating what some ignorant group tells you. Take a long look at your own statistics and rethink your position.

No we shouldn't be afraid. That would make the terrorists the winners. What we should do though is get rid of every non-US citizen, especially the ones that are Muslim. Wouldn't that dramatically reduce our risk of a terrorist attack? I think so. People need to wake up and realize that the enemy is here and we need to find them and get rid of them. Our laxed immigration policies, visa policies and political correctness are going to get people killed.

God Bless.

A great man once said "We have nothing to fear but fear itsef" Today you are being told "be afraid be very afraid" When I younger we whould have NUCLEAR BOMB drills. We would do a "Duck and cover" which would not have done anything at all for us unless we wanted to kiss our *** goodby while we was in our duck and cover position. What I am saying is, don't let fear of what could happen cause you to not live your life to it's fullest.

Sure, and we can be afraid of our own shadows, absolutely convinced that the sky is falling.
Like on any schoolyard playground, eventually kids get tired of dealing with the bully and they steps to put a stop to his tactics.
It's the same way with the world. People of the Earth are getting tired of the U.S.A. bullying its way around the globe so that its 5% of the global population can squander 55% of the Earth's resources. Only until we start sharing with the rest of the world we the 'terrorist' attacks diminish. We are the schoolyard bully of the world, and the world is starting to take revenge. -RKO- 06/02/07

No, the terrorists want us to live in fear...

I'm not going to give them the satisfaction.

I'm proud to be an American.

REPSONSE TO england1161:

The only thing to fear is people who think terrorism isn't a big threat....terrorism is a real threat...i'm sure if you were in the WTC on 9/11, you wouldn't be saying that terrorism is overrated.

Yes, and also the earthquakes and floods and storms and drive-by shootings. The country is one big disaster scene. I'm moving to Egypt where you can at least predict the weather.

Nope. Terrorism goes on in other Countries ALL the time... They're USED to it- so it's no big deal because they know how to handle it. We're relative "newbe's" at this sort of thing- so we get rattled by it. We'll get used to it. It's here to stay.
