Almost all of the Harlequin Romances have a Romeo and Juliet type love story - boy meets girl, complications ensue, boy hates girl (and girl hates boy) they get together again and overcome their differences. Unlike Romeo and Juliet, they are both alive at the end of the story, but the romantic ups and downs are all there.

The Romance of Tristan and Isolde. It's a medieval tale that was folded into Arthurian lore....there are many retellings of it.
