All you need to do on a day like that, is just stop whatever you're doing, take a deeeeeeep breath and just take the rest of the day slow. Don't get upset cuz a bad day leads to a good day the next day.
Look at a bad day like pregnancy.
We gotta PUSH! and it f*cking hurts, BUT! look what comes out....a beautiful little baby....
But yea, I hate bad days.

Lately all my days have been like that. The mistake I make is thinking "Well, this is as bad as it gets." Then life hits me in the faces and reminds me just how much worse things can and will be.

Yes I totally hate that!

It seems to happen a lot too.
Sometimes it seems like when a couple of bad things happen, I then expect it to be a bad day, and then more bad things keep happening because I expected them to. Like that whole law of attraction thing I guess.

Its always SO hard to turn your day around when it starts to go bad too. Its like you get bad day momentum or something. Then you cant make anything go right.

Well, I hope your day gets better!

Yes I do hate those days. I try to stay positive and then get hit again with something else. It's just a part of life. I hope tomorrow will be a better day!

Sometimes you can catch yourself early on in such day and flip a switch so to speak. You can change it if you just stop and pray for a few moments and center yourself.

What kind of horrible things happened to you that you are asking that? I hope you're all right. Pray and ask God, talk to Jesus.

Having a bad day can be a self-fufilling prophecy in that you start off with one small bad thing (you curn your toast or spill your coffee) and then it escalates from there because you say to yourself "it's going to be one of THOSE days...".
Of course, you wouldn't want to prove yourself wrong, so then you continue to do clutzy things and pull negative stuff into your life with your own negative thinking.

Yea, but this week for me, it was a very very bad day gone extremely good, to horribly worse. (my daughters dad ended up dying at 18 y.o.)

i always wait for the other awful things to happen. i have found that if you expect them then they dont catch you off guard and arent as bad.
