It depends on the circumstances. If it's something that we can all laugh about I might, but not if someone is already feeling bad or it would make them feel bad. There's no need to bolster my ego at someone else's expense.

No, I bite my tongue sometimes, but I won't say it. It's kind of redundant and arrogant by the time the thought becomes valid.
