The truth hurts GOOD!!!
I mean that it hurts BAD, but it is for the bigger GOOD. If it were not for the pain, we could not experience the happiness. We need to know what something is in relationship to the other in order to KNOW how it feels, so we have to feel it all. The truth HURTS plenty.

I worry about the truth, but I believe with the truth that things can change, and change is the only thing in life that is a constant. I want things to change for the better and I worry how the truth could change it for the worse if people do not understand what I am really doing and why. So I think I have to be careful to make many things as well understood as what I possibly can.

The Truth has always hurt me. Despite the pain, I'd prefer it to the little lies that have deceived me. Because I now only respect the Truth, I dismiss any form of fallacy.

Nothing, because for me truth doesn't hurt. It is the truth after all. You can say lies but it won;t change the real thing.

The truth? The truth killed me. It's taken me years and years to recover.
But do I regret it? No. Because out of the pain, I emerged as something that was better than before. I discovered what I wanted to be, and I discovered what I couldn't let myself be.
I grew up a little. Yes, a little tainted, but aren't we all?

The truth never hurts. It's the lies that do.

The truth can only hurt our ego, our pride, our mind. These are abstractions, they are not actual objects.
Hurt exists out of an unspoken or spoken expectation of another. I have no expectations of you, as a result, you cannot hurt my feelings.

It hurts me every day. Truth is very painful and uncomfortable, which is why most people avoid it.
There is much validity in the saying "Ignorance is Bliss"

It wasn't the truth that hurt, it was the lies that came before it. And the lies that continued to come after it. And of course that jerk that lied.
