Romanian tourism industry is spotty and Sibiu may well be booked tight because of the Cultural Year events.
Why didn't you book a couple months ago? Good luck.

You can go to www.travelwithben.com Call the phone number, the travel agent's name is Tanya. She can help you travel for wholesale prices, and if she can't get you rooms, then no one can.
