Sibiu is one of 2 Cultural Capital Cities of Europe for the entire year of 2007. The whole year is filled with festivals and concerts and exhibitions. And you wait 2 weeks before arriving to ask about accomodations? Not too smart, my friend.
Romanians are sometimes known for renting out rooms in their houses. If you arrive without a room, I'd make a big sign and carry it around "am nevoie de o camera" (nevoie = need; camera = room).
