I am hoping to get breast implants in the next few months but the more I read the more concerned I become on their safety. The FDA website stated that in a program designation to track post operative patients, out of approx. 1200 patients, 21% had some sort of complication.
I am looking for feedback from women who have had breast implants.
Thank you!!

I got silicone implants about a month ago - so I don't have that much experience at it yet. So far, so good. I'm thrilled with them!
So many questions go through your mind - the best advice I have is do thorough research on doctors and then pick one of the best that gives free consultation. Go in with a list of questions - if the doctor is good he/she will answer ALL of your questions. They will explain the pros and cons of each type of implant. Then they will give you some pamplets and send you home to look them over, think about it some more and maybe do some more research before you continue on.
Good luck!

Research your butt off. Make sure you see at least three surgeons before choosing one. Look at their before/after pictures, especially ones that are your body type, and your before size.

Google them online.

Find recommendations from others who have had the surgery. Check out their pictures. Read about their stories and their complications. Find out what they liked and didn't like about the surgery and recovery process.

Make sure you have the time to recover.

If you are a smoker, most PS's will NOT operate on you until you have quit at least a month prior to the surgery. The healing horror stories I've read about smokers who did not quit are gross!

IMO you are a perfect size. Do not get implants to attract men or because you are teased, get them for YOU. Also, guys love "just a handful/mouthful" and hate the feel of implants (I know a lot of guys and they say this).

Breast implant surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.
