you can always make a scrapbook. i did that last summer and i just went to my local craft store and picked up an album and looked through pictures. it kept me busy for a while b/c i spent hours looking at my old pictures and reminding me of my old memories when i was a little kid. but now that im finished the scrapbook i love it and i look through it all the time (dont worry if your not artsy cuz mine turned out good and i am probably the least artsy person you will ever meet haha)

The reason you're bored is that you refuse to do anything that's hard or takes a long time. You have all summer! Ask your mom if you can go through her craft stuff together and find a project for you to learn. Or go and browse the craft store, this time looking for stuff that might take a little longer or require you to learn a new skill. It's fun!

Build and decorate a birdhouse. It's crafty and you can do it outdoors. Plus, if you like doing it you can make multiple birdhouses (of different designs and with different color paints) and sell them for money! You can sometimes get design plans online for free if you don't want to pay for them. Enjoy!

Go swimming with friends, or create a project or something. You could plant some flowers out side, tan, go play a sport, go to a local YMCA. Something like that. And do something that you really love, like for example, if you like music, you could go see a local show or go to a concert or something.
