You need to find out why you're having repeated yeast infections? Vagisil will help with minor irritations, get a mild soap that's color & fragrant free (hypoallergenic).
Yeast causes:
Antibiotic treatments
Oral contraceptives
Hot weather or non-ventilating clothing, which increase moisture and warmth, fostering fungal growth
Repeated intercourse over a short period of time
Stress
Suppressed immune system (including HIV)
High carbohydrate intake, especially refined sugars and alcohol
Pregnancy
Diabetes

usually when your showering you just use mild soap on the lips to clean the general area, now about the inside never use soap just use some warm water with like a bath hose or a squirt bottle, you never want to wash away the good bacteria inside the vagina. Always wear cotton underwear or any underwear that is breathable, panties hose usually cause yeast infections so watch out

Have you take a diflucan to make sure you are yeast free? Do not take a bath or swim more than 10 min.-get right out of swim suit. Use as least soap as neccesary down there and nothing with a deodorant- try ivory...
